ORGANIZATION PSYCHOLOGY BACKGROUND

Mr. Adrian Au, the chief editor of “East Meets West Negotiation” blog, possesses a strong background in business and organization psychology (psychology and organization HR graduate of University College London and London School of Economics).

Coming from a metropolitan city, or some would call, an “East meets West” city in Hong Kong, Adrian’s dream has always been to integrate proven negotiation, business & HR practices from Eastern and Western cultures, developing these into unique business strategies that allows for rapid growth and development in organizations, big and small alike.

We also partner with other writers experienced and passionate in negotiations, most of whom come from an organization psychology/sales background as well.

BUSINESS, HR, POLITICAL & ENTREPRENEURSHIP BACKGROUND

Our team prides ourselves in our business, HR and negotiation acumen.

Mr. Adrian Au, founder and CEO of Life-solvers (2019), possesses strong negotiation nous, evidenced by his ability to grow his company from scratch to generating over USD120k or GBP100k in his first 2 years of business. Adrian is also an experienced recruiter, salary negotiator and organization relationship consultant. He also has a gift in resolving disputes through his ability to empathize with all walks of people in life.

Our two other lead negotiators and consultants, Ms. Anette Jeanne Heinzer-Hiemer and Ms. Elise Moore-Searson, have a combined experience of over 70 years advising organizations on conflict resolutions, client and supplier relationship management, HR & recruitment strategies and employer-employee relationships. They also have great experience advising government on public policy, foreign policy and crisis management issues.
